Day 1
Bishkek → Issyk-Kul Lake (North Shore)
Pick up from the hotel in Bishkek. At 9:00 AM, departure to Kok-Moynok Canyon for a short walk. Lunch at a restaurant in Boom Gorge (not included). Visit the hot springs in Cholpon-Ata, then drive to Grigoryevka village. Dinner and overnight in a guesthouse in Grigoryevka.
Issyk-Kul is one of the largest alpine lakes in the world, famous for its clear blue water and mild climate. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, the lake never freezes, which is why its name means “Warm Lake.”
Kok-Moynok is known for its reddish rock formations, narrow passages, and unique landscapes shaped by wind and water. The canyon is easy to explore on a short walk and offers great views, making it a perfect stop on the way to the lake.
